If your Luminoodle Color is giving you trouble and simply not turning on, you may need a replacement. Whether you're wiggling the cord and it flickers or it's just completely off, you don't want to be caught in the dark with a defective Luminoodle.
If you just received the Luminoodle and it isn't turning on when plugged into a USB port, or it flickers on once then turns off, be sure to ensure you're using a battery pack or USB port that can support the input the Luminoodle requires. See Power Requirements for more information.
You've ensured your power source meets the requirements of the Luminoodle Color but your light noodle still isn't illuminating: you're probably pretty peeved you even have to do this, but it's time to send an email to support@powerpractical.com. We offer a 1 Year Limited Warranty on all of our products.
