If your Luminoodle Basecamp simply isn't working at all or if some LEDs are different than others, you may need a replacement. Whether you're wiggling the cord and it flickers or it doesn't turn on at all, you don't want to be caught in the dark with a defective Luminoodle.
If you just received the Luminoodle and it isn't turning on when plugged into a 12V power source, or it flickers on once then turns off, be sure to ensure you're using a power source that can support the input the Luminoodle requires. See Power Requirements for more information.
You've ensured your power source meets the requirements of the Luminoodle Basecamp but your light noodle still isn't illuminating: you're probably pretty peeved you even have to do this, but it's time to send an email to [email protected] We offer a 1 Year Limited Warranty on all of our products.
