Orders placed on PowerPractical.com
As soon as you placed an order from powerpractical.com, you should have received an order confirmation. Then, once we ship your order, you should receive a shipment confirmation. This confirmation will have your tracking number in it.
If for some reason, you didn't receive a shipment confirmation within one business day of placing your order, please be sure to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org! Please also email us if you received your shipment confirmation but the tracking information has not updated and several days have gone by.
Orders placed on Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, etc.
Amazon processes and fulfills ALL Power Practical orders placed on an Amazon platform. If you're having trouble tracking your order, please be sure to reach out to Amazon Support directly! If Amazon Support doesn't help, please let us know and we'd be happy to escalate your case to ensure you receive your items.
As with orders placed on PowerPractical.com, you should receive a shipment confirmation with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Canada, U.S., and Europe
We fulfill all orders going to the U.S., Canada, and Europe with Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA). Amazon uses a variety of couriers but the courier used will be listed in your shipment confirmation email. If you didn't receive a shipment confirmation or can't tell who the courier is/track the order, please be sure to email us directly and we'd be happy to check!
Countries outside of Canada, U.S., and Europe:
Any orders outside of these three areas are shipped directly from our manufacturer. Depending on where you're located, different couriers will be used. If you didn't receive a shipment confirmation with tracking and courier, or can't tell who the courier is/track the order, please be sure to email us directly and we'd be happy to check!
